Purpose: Our Mission is to empower youth through Hygiene Positivity by helping girls ages 9-18 yrs of age build confidence, knowledge and healthier habits... one hygiene routine at a time. Hygienics Consulting, LLC proudly presents our Premier "Girls Exclusive: Flow Wellness Workshop Event" held at an outstanding Heritage of the Americas Museum where we will have setup a great, safe environment designed for Fun, Friendship and Learning. All games and activities are for kids ages 9 - 18 yrs old.
Join us for a supportive, educational workshop to help girls better understand their changing bodies through body care and nutrition. Learn how to build, "The Flow Plate"- a healthy guide to nourish and support your body during your cycle along with with our Special Guest Instructor, Mrs. Sonia Cervantes, CHC Nutritionist.
Girls will create their own healthy Yogurt Parfait at the Healthy Creation Station!
